 Reporting to the VP Hosting and Managed Services, Russ will oversee the data center operations team responsible for batch and online bank processing. Hes excited about his prospects:

 The growth and cultural environment here is the #1 reason I am so excited about this opportunity. The company is also located within a half mile of my current position, so my commute is basically unchanged. The overall compensation package was even better than expected! The biggest obstacle to overcome was the lack of a college degree, which at this level is hard to overcome.
